Sberbank, R-Pharm close deal to get 45% in Sber eApteka each
MOSCOW, Feb 10 (PRIME) -- Russia's biggest lender Sberbank invested 5.7 billion rubles in online retailer eApteka and closed a deal with R-Pharm, with the sides acquiring 45% stakes in eApteka each, Sberbank said in a statement on Wednesday.
The bank also said that the funds will be spent on development of the company, service improvement and expansion to the Russian regions, which Sber eApteka started in 2020.
